A system built home is highly engineered method of producing quality building components in an efficient and cost effective manner. Applying modern state of the art technology, system build components are produced in a controlled environment, built to the same building codes as traditional site built homes and are shipped to the site over 80% complete.

The company is organized with the belief that housing can be mass produced, binder controlled conditions to provide a better built structure as as well as an energy efficient home for people to occupy. we have decided to construct all homes from a structural insulated panels. the building panes are made from insulating foam 6 inches thick sandwiched between sheets of orientated strand board . This product provides excellent energy efficiency and will provide the final customer with savings on heating and cooling for many years to come.
